Private party trips

$150/hour

Three-Hour Minimum

Designed for groups who want the driver and bus reserved for an extended celebration, custom route, bar crawl, bushwacker tour or event.

Your reserved time includes the bus and driver. Additional charges may apply for extended-distance routes, special scheduling or unusual pickup arrangements.

Transportation-only runs

No Three-Hour Minimum

Airport trips, bar pickups, restaurant runs and point-to-point group transportation typically have a higher base rate but do not require the three-hour party-trip minimum.

A Wave We Go has a contract allowing us to pick up and drop off groups at Gulf Shores Airport/JKA. We cannot pick up or drop off passengers at Pensacola International Airport.

Guests age 21 and older may bring their own alcoholic beverages. Absolutely no underage drinking is permitted.

Smoking, vaping and illegal drugs are not permitted aboard the bus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an age limit?

No. We welcome guests of all ages and love seeing kids have fun too. A parent or guardian must accompany groups made up of minors.

How many passengers can ride?

The Party Bus has a maximum capacity of 15 passengers.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes. Guests age 21 and older may bring their own alcohol. No alcohol is provided by A Wave We Go, and underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

Can we stream our own music?

Yes. The sound-system controls are located in the rear of the bus for easy access, and guests can connect through Bluetooth to stream their own music.

Does the bus have karaoke?

Yes. The bus includes seven TVs, Roku streaming, karaoke apps and four wireless microphones.

Should we tip the driver?

Tipping is welcome but not required. Your driver will do everything reasonably possible to help your group have an amazing experience. A tip at the end of the ride is always a great way to say thank you.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier, the better—especially during spring break, summer, holidays and major event weekends. Popular dates and evening times can fill quickly.

Can we customize our route?

Yes. Provide your pickup location, destinations, planned stops, group size and timing during the booking process. Some routes may require a custom quote.
