Yes, The Bus Is Karaoke Ready
The Party Bus is built to make the ride part of the event. Connect your phone through Bluetooth, stream your own music and turn the trip into a rolling karaoke party.
The sound-system controls are located in the back of the bus so guests have easy access without needing to ask the driver to change every song.

Booking & Pricing
Rates, deposits and reservationsHow much does The Party Bus cost?
Party trips are generally
$150 per hour with a three-hour minimum.
Final pricing can depend on the date, route, pickup location,
destinations, distance, wait time and the type of trip requested.
Why is there a three-hour minimum?
The three-hour minimum applies to private party trips where the bus
and driver are reserved exclusively for your group. It allows enough
time for pickup, travel, stops and an enjoyable experience without
feeling rushed.
Do all trips require a three-hour booking?
No. Point-to-point transportation, airport trips, restaurant pickups
and bar pickup runs usually have a higher base rate but do not require
the three-hour party-trip minimum.
Can I book and pay online?
Yes. Use the online booking button to select a service, choose an
available date and time and complete the required payment through Square.
What trip information should I provide?
Please provide your pickup location, destination, planned stops,
passenger count, occasion and approximate ending location. Airport
transportation should also include flight details when available.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier, the better—especially during spring break, summer,
holidays, festival weekends and popular wedding dates. Evening
and weekend availability can fill quickly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your cancellation and payment terms will be shown during the Square
booking process and may also be included in your rental agreement.
Please review those terms carefully before confirming the reservation.

Can we create our own route?
Yes. Private party trips can be customized around your group’s plans.
Tell us where you want to be picked up, which stops you want to make
and where you want the trip to end.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley,
Perdido Key and nearby coastal areas. Longer-distance or unusual
routes may require a custom quote.
Do you provide wedding transportation?
Yes. The Party Bus can be used for wedding-party transportation,
guest shuttles, rehearsal dinners, receptions, after-parties and
transportation between lodging and event venues.
Do you offer bushwacker tours and bar crawls?
Absolutely. Your group can create a custom route around favorite
bars, restaurants and bushwacker stops without splitting into
multiple vehicles or assigning a designated driver.
Can you pick us up after a night out?
Yes, depending on availability. Point-to-point pickup from bars,
restaurants and entertainment venues is available and is generally
priced as a transportation run rather than an hourly party trip.
Ages & Passengers
Families, children and capacityIs there an age limit?
No. Guests of all ages are welcome, and we love seeing kids have
fun too. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any group made
up of minors.
Can we book a children’s birthday party?
Yes. The Party Bus can be a fun option for birthdays and family
celebrations. Children must be properly supervised by the adults
responsible for the group.
How many passengers can ride?
The Party Bus has a maximum capacity of
15 passengers.
The passenger limit cannot be exceeded.
Does the person booking need to be present?
The responsible booking party should generally be present unless
another arrangement has been approved in advance. The person booking
is responsible for sharing the rules with the group.
Music & Karaoke
Bring the playlist and the confidenceCan we stream our own music?
Yes. Guests can connect a phone through Bluetooth and stream their
own playlist. The sound-system controls are located in the rear of
the bus for easy guest access.
Does the bus have karaoke?
Yes. The bus includes seven TVs, Roku streaming, supported karaoke
apps and four wireless microphones. Good singing is optional.
Participation is strongly encouraged.
Can we dance on the bus?
Guests are welcome to dance and enjoy the music when it is safe to
do so. Please follow the driver’s instructions and avoid behavior
that could cause injury or damage.
Can we use the TVs for something other than karaoke?
The onboard Roku system may support additional streaming content
depending on available apps, internet connectivity and account access.
Can we bring decorations?
Some decorations may be allowed with prior approval. Decorations
cannot damage the vehicle, block exits, interfere with the driver
or create a safety hazard. Confetti and glitter should not be used.
Drinks, Behavior & Rules
Have fun and respect the rideCan we bring alcohol?
Yes. Guests who are legally permitted to drink may bring their own
alcoholic beverages. A Wave We Go does not provide or sell alcohol.

Can we smoke or vape on the bus?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside The Party Bus.
Are drugs allowed?
No. Illegal drugs and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
What behavior is not allowed?
We want everyone to sing, dance, drink, laugh and have an amazing time,
but the group must remain respectful. Fighting, threats, aggressive
conduct, vandalism, excessive rowdiness and unsafe behavior will not
be tolerated.
Can the driver end the trip early?
Yes. The driver may stop or end a trip if passenger behavior becomes
dangerous, illegal, threatening, destructive or prevents the vehicle
from being operated safely.
Are cleaning or damage charges possible?
Additional charges may apply for excessive cleanup, smoking, bodily
fluids, stains, broken equipment, vandalism or other damage caused by
the group. Specific terms should be included in the rental agreement.
Is tipping the driver required?
Tipping is welcome but not required. Your driver will do everything
reasonably possible to help your group have an amazing experience.
A tip at the end of the ride is always a great way to say thank you.
Airport Transportation
Gulf Shores Airport/JKA serviceDo you provide airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes. A Wave We Go has a contract allowing us to pick up and drop
off groups at Gulf Shores Airport/JKA.
Can you pick us up at Pensacola International Airport?
No. We cannot pick up or drop off passengers at Pensacola
International Airport.
Is airport transportation priced hourly?
Airport transportation usually has a higher base rate but does not
require the three-hour minimum that applies to private party trips.
What flight information do you need?
Please provide the airline, flight number, scheduled arrival or
departure time, passenger count, luggage information and final
destination when booking.
Flying Into Gulf Shores?
Book group transportation from Gulf Shores Airport/JKA directly to your condo, vacation rental, hotel or event location.
